Founded in 2004, Bhakta Youth is a branch under the Bhakta Samaj of
USA umbrella which is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to
helping, serving, and connecting approximately 6,500 people nationwide. The goal
of Bhakta Youth is to provide opportunities for the youth to appraise their
interests, potential, and attitudes through various educational, vocational, and
leisure activities.
Bhakta Youth is hosting their first events in San Antonio, TX to serve this purpose during the 18th-20th of July. The weekend will start off with team and volunteer check-in. Following team check-in will be a basketball tournament, promoting the health and wellness of Bhakta Youth. Following the day of activities will be a cultural dinner social which will help the Bhakta Youth network amongst themselves. The weekend will conclude with basketball tournament playoffs and finals as well as a closing ceremony.
